"The room is small, but it has everything you need. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. There is no problem with the soundproofing between the rooms, you can't hear the noise from the other rooms, but you can hear the sound from the corridor clearly. The staff is very friendly. Overall, I would like to come back."

"One comment, I highly recommend CP Hotel to change all LEDs to 3000k color temperature to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The overall lightings in the hotel is way too cold, especially in the rooms and lobby resting areas."

"My husband and I stay this hotel. We like the hotel. mattress is pretty good. It is clean and close to Banqiao MRT station(blue line). Blue line is a major line to go places such as Xinyi district or Ximending. We will recommend the hotel to who want to be close to railway station and MRT station. "

"The hotel is well maintained and in very good location for transport and dining / shopping options. However, the customer services from staff members are patchy and random. Some days they're good, other times quite bad. The worst things are nobody manned the heavy front door and guests sometimes have hard-time to open it especially if they have lots of things in their hand."

"Taipei experienced largest earthquakes (over 5 richter scale since 25 years ago. The hotel elevators were inactivated and resume operations after inspection, which was completed the same day. It is incredibly efficient since there were lots of elevators in Taipei that needed to be re-inspected or repaired. Without elevators, staff inspected and cleaned the hotel rooms. "This hotel is very cute and trendy. My room could use a bit of an update, but I would stay here again based on the service and the location of the hotel. All the staff were very nice and helpful and anything you could possibly need is in the area, shopping, ATMs, food, a night market plus other attractions and the metro is only a five minute walk away.
