"Taipei experienced largest earthquakes (over 5 richter scale since 25 years ago. The hotel elevators were inactivated and resume operations after inspection, which was completed the same day. It is incredibly efficient since there were lots of elevators in Taipei that needed to be re-inspected or repaired. Without elevators, staff inspected and cleaned the hotel rooms. It was hard work for the housekeepers since they had to climb stairs over 10 floors to clean all rooms. They were still...

The head lady in charge of greeting and assisting with be breakfast, Miss Chen, was especially great in her cheerful, friendly and helpful manner. The bathrooms could have used an extra roll of toilet paper (only one roll was provided for two guests) as well as some hand soap at the sink. "

"Beautiful hotel. Amazing sauna facilities that I had all to myself. I don't speak Mandarin, and it wasn't a problem. Everything is extremely English friendly. The location is a bit inconvenient, but Uber works in Taipei, and it's dirt cheap compared to US prices. Don't hesitate to book."
