"The hotel had the perfect set up for a very enjoyable stay near Jiufen Old Street. It was like staying in a hidden four star hotel with a modern clean room, free fully stocked mini bar, great view of the ocean, and friendly staff. Very easy to get to, and so conveniently located to explore the lantern alleys at night when the tourist have all left. We were able to get the full experience of Studio Ghibli' Spirited Away thanks to this hotel."

"Cute and cosy! Really convenient little place to stay with a lovely comfortable room. The views were great and location just a stone throw from the main areas. "We throughly enjoyed every aspect of our nine days stay at Gtand Hyatt Taipei! The staff were personal, well trained and friendly. Special thank to Cafe assistant manager Paul Yu. We were being neglected by one of the server at dinner table, after h found out the circumstance , he immediately personally intervened to solve the issue in a very professional way.
