"We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. "Where to start? This is a very special place. An atmosphere that promotes relaxation, conversations with new people, a communal breakfast dining experience that could easily eat up your mornings. Did not plan on using the dishwasher or washing machine/ tumble dryer, however they came in very handy when we decided to use the gym while the kids went to kids club and needed to wash our smelly workout gear!
