"We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. "We had a wonderful family Christmas break in this lovely house. Space and views were fantastic, everything was great in the house. Host was very responsive and welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. Local amenities were great- visited Kilmacthomas (good big centra in the pretty village); Mayfield Birds of Pray sanctuary (great for all the family); the greenway path, Mahon falls, coachhouse restaurant, beautiful beaches, cosy Dungarvan pubs- highly recommend:) we’ll be back "
