I let her know that it was my cousins birthday and that she was a mom of 3 who very rarely ever got a day to herself, Clare responded by allocating us a riverside room and gifting us a bottle of wine, birthday card, and chocolates. So incredibly kind ! The hotel has old world charm. Yes, room carpets could be changed or updated, but we thought it might ruin the old world charm. It is family owned and we really liked that. We would definitely come again. Thank you."

"Off the beaten path, yes! But so worth the drive. The Creamery was perfect for us as a couple. Pretty inside and quite clean. How could you put a value on the magnificent views? You can't on God's beauty. Just beautiful and a short walk down the path to the rocky shore and the gorgeous water and cliffs.. The grounds are lovely with wild flowers. Maura is on property a lot if you need her! No pubs or restaurants close by but that is part of the charm. A peaceful retreat!"
