All staff in general, and shout out especially to Rizki at the reception desk who assigned us room with wonderful view, and Aulia at the breakfast room who went extra mile to respond to our feedback on salty food and spoiled fruit, and talked to the chef. "The sanitation was poor coz there were tiny cockroaches in the room despite the first night the staff tried to tackle it. No replacement room was offered even when we asked to move. The aircon was not cold during the first night but the staff cleaned the unit and somehow it worked. The bedsheet was not replaced despite we asked for replacement. Good thing I noticed coz there was a tiny black dot on my bedsheet which I found was still there after the room was being made up. It’s a disappointment...

"We came here after a really bad experience at another accommodation. The staff here are so nice and helpful. My daughter was sick and we needed to go to the hospital, they help me call the hospital. Our family room was so spacious and clean. My teens are too small for the kiddie tent in the room, but if you have little kids book this room! The breakfast was so excellent for my family, I get to enjoy Indonesian foods and my German Irish family get to each waffles and eggs."

"AVOID AT ALL COST! Don't let the reviews fool you. I booked a family room for 5 nights. When we arrived, the hotel lobby was still ok. Check in was smooth. However, after being given my room, everything went downhill. After getting out of the lift at level 3, the first thing that caught my attention was the dirty carpet.
