"convenient"

"We've stayed at this hotel a few different times. It's very convenient to walk to the festival area we attend every year as well as the Marti Gras parades. The elevators are slow during busy times and we just take the stairs instead. It has a restaurant and bar, but we haven't ever ate or bought any drinks from either of them as of yet. "

"The phone in the bedroom didn’t work but the one in the kitchen area did. The staff was so accommodating, and although there is an abandoned hotel nearby, it was quiet and felt safe. "

"Terrific little historic hotel with a lot of vintage charm. Right downtown -- walking distance to the river, nearby casinos, and (in our case) the Mudbug Madness Festival. The staff was particularly warm and inviting -- offering terrific local advise and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This place should be on your radar screen when visiting Shreveport!"

"The hotel is a bit outdated. But other wise a nice hotel. The only thing that i have to say is that we came in a room after a dog and the floor had poop in the corner. We let the hotel staff know and they took care of it. We will come back in the future"

"Our stay was fine, check in was fast, room was nice, breakfast was ok. The only problem we had was the TV, young man came and reset it but it didn't work but a few minutes, I didn't call him back."

"I like this hotel, it is conveniently located justoff the I-220 loop and is just far enough away from town to be quiet, and close enough to not miss anything. The staff is wonderful. "

"They were doing renovations which made it noisy and smelled like paint. There also was not enough body wash in the containers in the shower."
