"We had to switch rooms because there were so many issues with our first room. The second room we got was arguably worse in several ways, but we didn’t complain bc we figured changing rooms again would probably not work out for us. The staff was super nice, especially the cleaning ladies and the staff in the bar area. It’s just an aging hotel that needs a renovation, frankly. The price was good but I’ve been in better hotels for the same price. "

"Liked that a restaurant was attached and the food was great. It got noisy at 3:00am as partiers returned and started slamming doors and shouting. Somebody complained and it quietened down."

"Very nice hotel in an incredible part of Dublin, the Temple Bar district. If you are going for a peaceful area, this may not be for you, as the area is very popular. But if you are looking for something central to the nightlife & everything going on, in central Dublin, this was perfect! "

"We stayed in the hotel for the second time in the last 10 months. The main reason for booking this time was its location. We found a fantastic airfare from Toronto to Dublin and since we've recently visited Ireland we decided to book a short stay in Dublin at either end of the trip and hop to other parts of Europe with Ryanair. For this purpose, the location is great. Just 30 minutes by bus from the airport with the bus stop at upper O'Connell Street very close to the hotel and within walking...

"We spent one night for our first night in Ireland. The outside of the hotel is really pretty. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed. Our only complaint if we had one was the room was a little stuffy, but other than that it was perfect. We would stay here again. It’s in a great location also for easy access to the highway. It’s a nice hotel. "

"There are no phones in the room and the fire alarm snd electricity went off late at night . There was no way to communicate with reception and I found it scary as a lone traveller. Also lack of communication on checking in . No kettle in the room but apparently, there is a galley to get drinks but I wasn’t informed until my last day . Housekeeping were very slow so I didn’t get my room made up . They offered a free drink . "
