"We didn’t get to even check in because there was no room available and they said they didn’t have a partnership with expedia. We were on an island with no ability to leave and literally everything was booked for New Year’s Eve when we got there. It was a mess. We had to take horse taxis all over until we finally found a place with availability and missed our whole day there. "

"The staff are amazing! They honestly make the stay that much better. The resort is in a good location and is easy to walk to the west side for a sunset drink or dinner. There are a few good warungs and restaurants in the area, including the Seri restaurant. The rooms are average but typical for Indonesia. The resort was quiet at night, except one night when there was an onshore wind and the music from Gili Air was pretty loud. The breakfast was good, with lots of options. The freshly made...

"Boendet var extremt smutsigt, mycket damm överallt, smutsiga lakan och handdukar. Svarta fläckar på väggarna och dörrarna, luktade mögel och instängt. Dörren ut till balkongen gick knappt att öppna och stänga och man kunde inte låsa den vilket gör det större risk för att djur kommer in. Personalen var dock trevlig och hjälpsam"

"Room is directly under the speaker for the nearby mosque so ridiculously loud and not conducive to sleep. We left and moved to another hotel. Biggest concern mold in bathroom, pretty sure it was black mold. This place has some interesting 10 star reviews but absolutely sure they are false reviews. Looked on another website site where they were rated 2.4 out of 10. Many, many truthful reviews on that site also reflecting our concerns. Would not stay of offered for free. PinkCoco Gili Trawangan - Constant Surprises- for Cool Adults Only

PinkCoco Gili Trawangan - Constant Surprises- for Cool Adults Only

10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay at PinkCoco Gili T. The theme is tasteful and carried out very well throughout the property and beach! We enjoyed the saxophone player and fire dancer after sunset while enjoying a nice dinner at the beach. The pool and pool chair area is beautiful and quite large so feels private still even if others are enjoying. I enjoyed a lovely massage at the spa. We also did a private boat snorkeling tour through the hotel on the pink boat which we highly recommend as our guide and driver was able to navigate between different snorkeling spots depending on how busy they were and the currents! The fun surprises throughout the day and night were an added bonus! The staff had great care when interacting with guests and going above and beyond. We had a small miscommunication during breakfast and staff made it right immediately- we were impressed!"
