"Close to the centre of Gent with a tram stop directly outside to take you to the train station, or a 20 minute walk. Beds comfy, rooms clean and warm ,shower hot, good for the price. Cafés nearby if going out for breakfast. Other guests were noisy late one evening but this was quickly resolved by the night staff. The walls are a little thin. I have stayed here before some years ago and would stay again. "

"Comfortable stay. Excellent stay. Unexplained problem at the front door irritating and prevents a five star. I don't consider 'technical problem' to be either a sufficient or helpful explanation."

"Simple little hotel just on the outskirts of Brussels. Handy for our work but facilities almost non existent. No bar and no food except for breakfast. The vending machine was out of order. Room spotless and daily house keeping. Complimentary water in the room. "

"Great staff, helpful, and really friendly. Location is perfect, could not be better. Showers are clean, could use a little more water pressure but that’s just me. Best part was the bed, probably ranked in my top 3 for hotel beds. After a long day you melt into it. "

"A very good hotel if you do not have a car to get around. Only about 7 minutes walk from Brussels central station and in a very safe area. We simply walked to most tourist attractions, plenty of shopping and dining options around. Breakfast was good, room comfortable. "

"Great location 5 minutes walk from Garenoord (north train station). Easy walk to Grand Place/Grote Market. Art deco hotel with history, very cool. Helpful staff. Building construction nearby makes the area a bit dirty but it was not noisy. Great breakfast buffet!"
