"My daughter and I stayed for two nights and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the spa a short walk to the main downtown area. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom is very small. The breakfast was very good and included meats cheese eggs yogurt cereals juices coffee tea. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel was clean and conveniently located to the city center. The staff was friendly and there was a good basic breakfast. The room was too warm and it was difficult to turn down the heat. There was no reception after 17:00. There was no evening meal service, but the city center with several good restaurants was only 5 minutes walk."

"Above average breakfast and friendly staff. Overall quiet Parking is a challenge, many areas in this non-smoking hotel have a strong smoking smell, overall dated. Flimsy shower curtain can transfer you bathroom into a swimming pool. In case you are wondering, no AC and open windows might provide a lot of information about your fellow hotel guests. To be fair, there was always some wellness program which I did not participate as well as special evening dinner events."

"I recently stayed in room 11 with my 2 teenagers: a queen bed, facing a small kitchenette with a bathroom beyond that and another bed in a loft accessible by a ladder. The loft aspect wasn't clear in the description but was a nice surprise for my 19 yo who was craving a little privacy. However had that been the only bed available to me, I would have struggled with the ladder. "The hotel is a few kms from the local town and set out in the vineyards with a rolling hill landscape - very pretty. Easy parking - but it will get limited when hotel is busy. Check in was swift and friendly. Our room was on the 3rd floor but a lift was available so no problem there. Spacious rooms and big, clean bathroom with both a bath and a shower. "My only complaint would be the lack of air conditioning, as the weather was exceptionally hot in July 2023. Having said that, I was aware that the rooms didn’t have air on when I booked. The hotel provided fans for myself and my travelling companions."

"Shocking! No reception to check you in despite it being 3pm, envelope left on stairs with room number! Breakfast was a joke, cereal, few bread buns and a menu offer to cook an egg and that was it! Didn’t even have a toaster! Room was ok but we were on top floor and having to carry cases up 3sets of stairs to the top floor wasn’t ideal! Bathroom was so small the door barely closed with sink and toilet. Bed was good though!"
