Incomplete toiletries- we were told that in one room they only provide for one set of hygiene kit - our rooms are supposed to accommodate 2 to 3 people! But they provided us after we requested. "The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. "I booked a hotel called Orchids Hotel to find that it's now the Bed Box hotel. An apt name as the room was little more than a "box". By far the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. No window, no closet, no dresser, no where to hang or store clothing. No in room coffee, no toilet paper. The shower and toilet facility were on the same level so I was constantly standing in water.
