There was no one in charge on the property, the kitchen lady had to call someone to check us in. The kitchen lady also left around 7:00 PM so the security guard got us some towels. "Hotel El Faro is a beautiful hotel by the beach with a big swimming pool and a pool bar. The staff at the restaurant and bar were excellent and helpful. Also the cleaning staff was very nice and cooperative with cleaning hours. Our problem was the management of the hotel.
