Buffet breakfast was good. You have to collect a hairdryer from reception if you need one so best to do that before you go to your room."

"This hotel is still relatively new. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. TV had capability to cast from your phone/device to the TV so we were able to watch Netflix. Bathroom was clean and had all the needed amenities. The breakfast room was spacious and the food was good. The location is a bit off on its own but that allows for a large parking lot with free parking. We also enjoyed the Italian/pizza restaurant that is adjacent to the hotel. Hotel closes early so there is no where comfortable to sit when you return. By early I mean at 7:30pm on the Saturday it was closed at which point you have to use the night entrance. "The hotel is in a fantastic location in Amboise. It is very close and easy walking distance to all the sites in Amboise. It's not a fancy hotel, but for the price the rooms were clean and comfortable and had a good European breakfast. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. "

Ok, the windows were original and not particularly sound proof so it was a little noisy, but this didn’t bother us. I just wish I had more time to enjoy the lovely sitting rooms…..
