"Great location-airport bus stop right outside, and plenty of restaurants, shops nearby. Lovely friendly helpful staff in reception, and also in the restaurant. Great breakfast- so much choice, and the fresh orange juice was a bonus! Also enjoyed the complimentary tea/coffee in the lounge. Super comfy bed and pillows. "My wife and I stayed at the Bryne Hotell after a Burns Supper organized and hosted by the hotel. A very enjoyable event accompanied by traditional music (a visiting Scottish band), bagpipes, whisky, haggis and poetry. A great local band Ållveltes also played later in the evening which made for a fun night. Hope to do it again next year. "Great location, close to everything. Well equipped apartment, even came with coffee to make in the morning. Comes with access to rooftop terrace which was pretty cool as well. "

"We got our key card after getting help from someone staying there as she was walking out the door. Then we had a very hard time getting the door to our room open. The room was adequate but nothing to make it special. We felt like we were staying at the big hotel in the movie “The Shining”. There was nobody around and not a sound. Kind of creepy."

But don't be put off as there are regular buses and trains going between Paradis station and Stavanger central within 5 minutes of the apartments and a bus stop similar distance. A convenient shop near by too. Apartment is accessed through key pads. There is a lift to most floors, although our apartment was only accessibly by stairs from floor 3. "We really looked forward to staying here but our stay was absolutely ruined by smokers next door. We paid extra for a harbour view which was lovely but we could not open the window or sit on the shared balcony because our room was next to a smoking room and the guests there exercised their right to smoke. When we mentioned this in the morning the customer service was appalling with the receptionist shrugging her shoulders and asking what she could do. Well; for one thing not have a smoking room...

"First we get an email with a key code, no desk person on duty, then we can’t get to the hotel because the roads are closed due to some event, then when we finally arrive and get to our room it’s small, hot and noisy. The street noise itself was absurd but we were tired so we just dealt with it, it was so hot and advertised as having AC which it did not but we could not open the window due to the noise so again we just dealt with it. "well maintained farm house feel that provided a great place to launch for Preikestolen and Kjerag. Breakfast was great and the room and bathroom were larger than expected. Don't forget they have heated floors-the previous peolpe left it on and really heated up the room."

"We were pleased with the amount of space in the upstairs bedroom and sitting room. We also found the area to be very useful when drying our clothes after using the washer/dryer combo. The kitchen was all we really needed and the down bedroom was a bit cramped. It was also a small challenge to access the electrical plug ins in the bedroom. The area was a nice walk from everything and wonderfully close to the train station. "
