"Property is run down, we misplaced our room key and they don’t have a spare so had to have someone open door each time, was an inconvenient and had to wait over 20 mins in wet clothes as it seems like they forgot to help us and had to request for help again. Next day, was able to found room key, maybe time to start using key card that can be reprogrammed if this happens to other visitors, am sure we weren’t the only ones. "The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. I know the hotel is cheap but I’d rather pay a little bit more and be somewhere clean and with working aircon. Pro to the experience was the nice man who let us in though :) "
