"Wow wow wow!! This place is incredible! Management is so helpful and sweet. They made out stay feel like home away from home. The community is very sweet as well and were helpful in navigating the winding streets of the Medina. We slept so well and had all we needed for a wonderful experience in Hammamet. "First, this property was extensively renovated and just opened in fall 2022. Any reviews from before that aren’t applicable. Second, I would say this hotel is a true 5 star resort in Hammamet, and there aren’t many. La Badira and Orangers (Garden) are the only other two in my opinion. We prefer this hotel, Royal Azure, over the others. And that’s saying a lot! The pool area is the prettiest and most luxe in Hammamet. The suites are beautifully appointed and huge. "This hotel is HIGHLY overrated. I am not sure how it is a 5-star hotel. Customer service at breakfast is really chaotic. They behave as if they're in their home. They forget your oder and they do not make attention to details. You ask them for hand sanitizer they tell you "look over there or we don't know"...they really lack professionalism. During check-in they give physical key, no magnetic card to access your room. What if someone loses the "one" key? Do you bring someone to change the door...
