Great place but very quiet in the evening

Very good stay. Rooms are huge and comfortable. The pool is great. Lacks entertainment in the evening tough.

A very nice room with a sea view. Beautiful sandy beach (swept and rolled to perfection) and glorious sea. My only criticisms were that the bath towels were very small for a 5 star hotel, and that the restaurant food (buffet) whilst plentiful, was a bit short on seasoning or flavour. And who wants Nescafé for breakfast?

Not worth the 5 stars

This hotel is HIGHLY overrated. I am not sure how it is a 5-star hotel. Customer service at breakfast is really chaotic. They behave as if they're in their home. They forget your oder and they do not make attention to details. You ask them for hand sanitizer they tell you "look over there or we don't know"...they really lack professionalism. During check-in they give physical key, no magnetic card to access your room. What if someone loses the "one" key? Do you bring someone to change the door lock and corresponding key? I asked front desk for toothpaste and told me they don't have... Overall, you feel the hotel is really aged and might be a very good one in the past. I definitely encourage you to look for other 5 stars hotels in the region, otherwise you will get deceived

L'hôtel est superbe, très propre, calme. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin et on en devient presqu' amis, tellement ils sont gentils. Les chambres sont très confortables, sauf les sièges de la terrasse qui sont très peu confortables et hyper bruyantes au moindre déplacement. Je n'ai pas aimé aussi les petits oiseaux qui viennent picorer sur l'étal des petits déjeuners. Je n'hésiterais pas à revoir dans cet hôtel. Brigitte et Thierry

Dès l’arrivée , un bouquet de roses m’attendait.. la chambre était la même que d’habitude au 4 éme. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins, du petit dej au dîner. A la piscine du spa, Nizar est exceptionnel ainsi que pour ses massages. Très à l’écoute et dévoué. Au bar de la piscine , Hassen et Anis mettent de la bonne humeur et sont très professionnels. Hassan est très réactif pour nous préparer les transat dès notre arrivée. Au restaurant, Ali et ses collègues sont très présents , un vrai plaisir. Le soir , notre table réservée était tjs décorée avec soins. Nous avons passé comme les autres années un séjour exceptionnel.J’oublie les femmes de chambre et leur décoration ds la chambre chaque jours.. C’est un réel plaisir d’y retourner, les normes sanitaires sont partout et nous nous sentons en sécurité. Un grand Merci à tous ainsi qu’au directeur.

Bof, très déçu par cet hôtel

Point positif : j'ai adoré la Thalasso. Points négatifs (il y en a beaucoup) : j'ai payé une suite avec vue sur la mer. Mais j'avais plutôt une vue sur les balcons de l'hôtel à côté. Pourtant, l'hôtel était quasiment vide. Donc à ne rien comprendre. In fine, rien ne sert de prendre une chambre supérieure car vous serez déçu. Ensuite le petit déjeuner c'est plutôt 10h30. Il est annoncé comme heure limite 11h00, mais à 10h30 le personnel a presque tout rangé déjà. Enfin au sujet du personnel c'est soit excellent soit vraiment très mauvais. Par exemple le personnel de la Thalasso est excellent (aimable et professionnel). En revanche lors de mon tcheck out, la jeune femme qui a encaissée mes extrats était très très très désagréable pour rester gentil. Bref, beaucoup de points négatifs.

Wellness spa hotel can be Recommeded

I travelled Hammamet this hotel because of the wellness spa I want to experience, indeed they have a very good Hamman and also massage service supplied by their professional staff, the massage product they use is also very good smell. I feel very relaxed after several days trip in Tunisia. The hotel location is near the beach and also have outdoor and indoor swimming pool, I also enjoyed indoor sauna. The staff is very friendly and the whole environment in the hotel is very much relaxing and wellness felling. This is the hotel in Hammamet should choose to stay.

Excellent hotel. The only problem I had was on Saturday night when I wanted to sleep and I couldn’t because of the karaoke party. I would suggest to the hotel owner to install sound proof doors.
