"It was a VERY VERY VERY complicated check in. At the hotel they didn’t know about the reservation and they weren’t expecting us. When I show the person in charge my online reservation and receipt they got mad and tell me they don’t work with Expedia any more because it was hard to get their payment back. "Natural setting was amazing next to Rio Dulce. We arrived when it was dark so they sent someone to meet us the Litegua bus terminal and bring via boat to the hotel reception. The cabin was a little dated, but was comfortable and AC worked great. My wife and I loved our stay."

"Comfortable lakeside property. Nice restaurant. Ample, secure parking. Large room. Comfortable beds. Good A/C. Doubt flatscreen TV could have been any smaller. Really need to upgrade to 32", at the vrey least."
