"The pool area rather disappointing it’s was not as nice as pictured, no umbrellas no shade, and the floor around was super slippery I think they did a wrong treatment (polished) almost every kids slipped while I was there and I almost did too by just walking coming out from the pool so dangerous. It’s a very noisy and busy hotel. breakfast is limited. It won’t be my first choice next time. "

"El hotel no tenía conocimiento de nuestra reserva y fuimos maltratados por la persona a cargo. Luego de insistir se nos asignó una habitación triple que ni siquiera tenía papel higiénico en el baño."

"Light on the jacuzzi didn’t work. Told the staff but they didn’t do nothing. Then the bulb burned and told the staff but didn’t fix it immediately. Told me they were gonna replace it the next day"
