"The staff was polite but we stayed for 3 days, no room service. No one came to do bedsheet or clean. The bathroom didn't have running hot water. The restaurant food was subpar. Didn't have Wi-Fi even though it was listed as an amenity. Had wall fan which was too loud. Never going again."

"The property is under renovation in dec. 2023. We were not informed about this and were very shocked by the conditions. Dust everywhere. Wires hanging from ceilings. No wifi. Breakfast was prepackaged and cold. Hot water for shower only in the mornings. We expected a lot more for what we paid. The management's attitude was: well, what do you expect, we are renovating! Avoid for the foreseeable future."
