"It’s the warmth and friendliness of the staff that make the place stand out from others. The hotel itself is comfortable, food is good. The only cons I would say is the walk from the reception to your room. If it rains, the ground is slippery but they put a rubber rag to walk in. You only have to make sure to walk on it. All in all, our stay is one of the most comfortable places so far."

"Great property and amenities. I had issues with my safe not working and a constant beeping in my room and both issues were resolved promptly. I had water damage on my cell phone and they gave me a big box of rice for my phone after I told them what happened, no charge. The hot stone massage, manicure and pedicure were all fantastic. The pools were all great, the hot tub was not heating though and they told us it was out of order. Great entertainment center, and strong WiFi throughout the property. My biggest negative was the food—I was not impressed by any of it. I thought the food overall was bland (bulalo and sinigang) and the breakfast offerings were nothing to write home about. Champorrado and bilo-bilo offered for breakfast were both watered down and flavorless, like they skimped on the laman. Might be okay for the foreigners, but we Filipinos know when you do that."

"Almost perfect stay. Having the ocean in front of your accommodation with kayaks, paddle board, and snorkeling gear was fantastic. Staff were unbelievably amazing. I would definitely stay again. "

"5 Star recommend the Westown resort is good place to stay. You are safe in the place also coron palawan. The view is very relaxing looking the pool in the terrace. have bar to chill and ktv, restaurant if you want to peace of mind."

"Overall, it was a satisfying stay!! What makes the experience wonderful were the staff. The services were excellent. Although, the cleanliness is just fair enough most especially the toilet, still manageable. However, what makes it a great place to stay is its strategic location that is close nearby to everything and the room accommodation is competitive. The transport transfer was easy breezy. If you want some tour package, the hotel also have it. Excellent stay! Highly recommended!! "
