We have asked for an extra blanket and they never brought it and 4 times for clean towels and they never brought either… rooms were cold and humid at night. i think it’s very expensive for what it offers. Cependant, beaucoup de choses sont à déplorer notamment au niveau de la propreté des chambre, et du service. Le gérant actuel est très sec et ne sait pas de ce que c'est que la relation client. beaucoup de choses ne fonctionnent pas dont le wifi. Le personnel est sympathique mais on sent qu'ils suivent des directives dont ils ne sont eux même pas convaincus. Il faudrait un investissement du...
