"The room was cute but not clean at all. even after the cleaning service has passed. The area of the restaurant was not clean either. We have asked for an extra blanket and they never brought it and 4 times for clean towels and they never brought either… rooms were cold and humid at night. i think it’s very expensive for what it offers. "

"First I want to say, I would stay there again. It is a bit run down and expensive but it is the nicest hotel we have stayed in in Morocco. We live here so we travel around. No Sandy Beach but it is right on the water and there is a swimming area. The sunrise from our bed was gorgeous. The staff was helpful. The taxi ride to the hotel from the airport was 20dms and a requested taxi back was 50dms . Walking distance from some shops and nice restaurants but none take credit cards. The hotel...

"My wife and I stayed in the Imperial Playa Hotel, for the first time, and we had an excellent experience. The receptionist Abdullah welcomed us, and made us feel, as if we were home, he made us feel comfortable. The room, on the third floor, facing the ocean, is very clean, and has bath towels, soap, etc.. the service is excellent, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. I would go back to the Imperial Playa Hotel, and recommend it to my family and friends."

"the hotel tried to charge us 20 euro for a 2 minute taxi ride to the airport. the hotel is dark and noisy. would only stay here again for one night only."
