The food served in both breakfast and dinner are fresh, delicious, with various flavors, and artistically presented. It is a bit more expensive than another two similar type of resorts we stayed, but entirely justifiable. The only aspect this resort falls behind is the effectiveness of communication in English of its staff, especially, some work in front-desk."

"This hotel would have been very grand in her day, but is showing her age. The rooms are huge, but room amenities sparse and towels and yukata are old. It’s primarily used for large groups to use the onsen I think, rather than a luxurious stay. The breakfast dining room is large, as is the hotel, but having breakfast with another 200 or 300 people wasn’t all that pleasant. The rooms have no USB charging ports, and power outlets are few and low to the ground. The view from the hotel is beautiful...
