"Hatten zu dritt ein Komfort Appartement mit Küchenzeile für 9 Nächte gebucht. Check- In war sehr hektisch. Zimmerreinigung 2x die Woche viel zu wenig. Alle zwei Tage wäre perfekt. Bei der Reinigung wurde nicht durchgewischt und auch keine Betten gemacht. Dafür wurde gesaugt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Das Abendessen viel zu früh(16-19 Uhr). Jeden Tag Salzkartoffeln und leider keine Nachspeise. Dafür sehr viel Salatauswahl. Speisen waren nicht beschriftet. Es gab nur am Eingang zum...

"Das Frühstück war wirklich das Highlight der Unterkunft. Alles frisch und mit Liebe hergerichtet, selbst, als wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Die Anlage ist eher eine Ferienunterkunft als ein Spa. Es gibt zwar Schwimmbad, Whirlpool und Sauna, aber leider unter Tage, sehr schlicht und dunkel. Nichts, wo man den ganzen Tag drin verbringen möchte. Die Apartments sind soweit okay mit viel Stauraum, aber die Betten bereiteten Rückenschmerzen. Geräuschempfindliche Menschen könnte die Hellhörigkeit,...

"after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place. to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump...

"Die Dusche und die Toilette hätte sauberer sein können. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre super gewesen. Diese fehlt leider total. Der Rest war aber voll okay. Das Beste war die Klimaanlage. Die macht den Aufenthalt bei heißen Tagen echt angenehm."

"Das Zimmer war groß genug bloß es war dunkel. Es hatte kein Balkon und es kam kein Sonnenschein ins Zimmer. Außerdem dem gab es kein Tresor für die Wertsachen. 😞"

"The hotel should not be called a hotel but an institution where you just want to get out the minute you arrive. Unfriendly staff everywhere, the only nice person was the guy operating the gate. Terrible food, a cold buffet with food that looks like leftovers. Smelly rooms and corridors. I had to sleep with my clothes on.
