"Usually, I love everything about this hotel but this last time, my daughter found like 5 black hairs on her pillow. She never said anything to me until we were leaving or I would have made them come in and change the sheets. My room appeared spotless. "

"First time visiting. Your place is every nice will go back, only problem was we were going to the beach we asked at the desk if chairs were free on the beach, they said yes 2 people 2 chairs. Went to the beach the guy there said $28.00, since they weren't part of yoir hotel. There is a blonde young lady at the bar inside and outdide very nice to talk to and friendly"

"From the moment we pulled up we knew it was going to be an awesome experience. Every person we encountered was pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself has been updated and it shows. Nothing is ever perfect but the management team seems to be very aware of what is needed to cme very close. We appreciate the landscaping and the amenities and the availability of staff assistance. Our room was lovely, cozy and comfy. Finding a good hotel that doesn’t completely break the bank is hard to find these days but Princess Royale has bot disappointed. If it's just you or a family of 10 they have a place for you. I highly recommend coming for a visit and staying for an experience. It's worth the little extra for quality and comfort. It's clean, the views are impeccable and the service is amazing. "
