Asked why it was not replaced and was told the owners have been repeatedly told about but they were ignored. No ceiling fan only an a/c which is unsuitable on cold and rainy days or if you have dry skin and avoid using too much air-conditioning. "The staff were really nice and welcoming on arrival and helpful.However there was a lot noise from the kitchen and people talking loudly really early around 5 in the morning. which disturbed us.Overall this is a beautiful place n it was clean,with excellent wifi connection."
