"We were at this resort 3 times but this time was disappointed. The room was outdated, we had to change to new room due to mold smell. The water heater was old type for house, not for commercial building; water wasn’t hot enough and got cold quickly. Food was good, people work there friendly. The employee helped us to move the luggages by walking instead of use their golf cart that was weird to us. The pond water was greenish and had smell. The sightseeing was reduced from last time we visited,...

"I booked fantasy suite for one night. The staff is jot friendly even though I speak Vietnamese. The security guy at the front door and staff people did not help me the my suitcases. They just looked until I asked for help. It seems that this motel is tended for hourly rate business."
