"Lift wasn't working and I travelled with my aged parents so it got quite difficult...pool was filled with dirty water.... electricity was fluctuating throughout 3 days long stays...vehicle parking is also not safe, my car got terriblly scratched while parked in open outside their premises...I doubt someone from hotel staff may have done it since I had altercation with them about poor services that I received..overall it was a very pathetic experience "
