"Amazing stay! It has a gorgeous maze of rooms and terraces filled with beautiful plants and decor. Javier in the restaurant is the hardest working, happiest guy. The service was incredible. Email ahead and book massages! I saw a review on noise from another person and it does seem like the people who are there with you really make a difference. There was one night with a really noisy guest, but there's nothing the hotel can do about that. There is a $15 upcharge per day for a/c, but it's worth it. I can't begin to tell you how magical it all was, you'll have to go see for yourself! I can't wait to go back!"

"I can’t say enough good things about my stay. The location is fabulous. It’s a beautiful building. But what really stood out was the amazing staff. Every single person there knew me by name and we’re always so lovely and kind to me. I felt always at home and cared for. Everybody always went out of their way to make sure my stay was good and that I was having a good day. On my birthday they brought me a surprise cake and just really treated me so special. Housekeeping was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Their traditional breakfast is the best. I will miss them very much. It was a home away from home. Thank you for being such a wonderful host for me. I will treasure my time at your hotel. "

"Our room (Room 1) was clean and generously spacious with a private outside seating area. The bed was comfortable and the air con worked well. The communal areas of the property are very lovely and well-kept. The lady who cooked breakfast was very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here and would happily recommend. However, a couple of things to note - only by chance did we ask if it was ok to leave the car on the street overnight and we were strongly advised not to. It would have been far more helpful to have been given that advice at check-in with instructions where to park. The other point - well in advance of our stay I had booked a tour through the hotel for 4.10 on our date of arrival and the tour had been confirmed by the hotel. However, our guide did not show and we were told he was coming - in 5 to 10 mins, maybe 15 and we lost faith anyone would come so we then had to make other arrangements but no apology was offered."
