"We loved The Coolest Hotel. The staff was wonderful. They helped us with transportation and ideas of where to go. Our last day we had to leave early before our paid breakfast time and they prepared a to-go breakfast for us. The beach the hotel overlooks is Songjeong Beach and it has a relaxed mellow surfer vibe that is very different from the busier beaches of the city. You can stroll along the water’s edge in the morning."

"Overall hotel was great. It was spacious not only the room but also the bathroom. "

"Very quiet and clean. They have free washer and dryer with soap and fabric softener provided. The Airport Shuttle service is great. Affordable but if you want to check in early they charge you another 20,000 Korean won. We got there a little past 1pm and check-in was at 3pm. This was the only thing we didn’t like. "

"Great place to stay when you’re in Busan, it’s in the middle of a busy area with lots of food options but at night, the noise doesn’t bother me when sleeping. Also a close walk to the subway. "

"Overall this hotel is great, but be aware there is no front desk and if you don't have a Korean phone the check in process is tricky. Also English is listed as a language which is a stretch, there is no front desk staff that speaks any language. The only staff you'll see are cleaning folks in the morning, and they only speak Korean. Their check-in system is mostly in Korean. If you need help you need to call a Korean number. Otherwise great location, clean, quiet, nice room."

"The property is clean. Rooms are good. Bed and bathroom excellent. It is only 5 minutes walk to lovely part of the beach and the market. Lots of shopping around from convenience stores to McDonalds and local restaurants and cafes. Friendly staff. Minutes from subway. Would stay there again!"

"BEXCO 행사 참여차 부산을 방문하였으며, 지인들과의 거리를 고려하여 일광역 근처의 에이치에비뉴호텔 기장일광점을 선택했어요. 동해선 배차시간만 사전에 잘 확인하면 BEXCO 행사장에 다니기 전혀 불편하지 않았어요. 일광역에서 가깝고, 또 전망이 얼마나 좋은지 바다색이 이쁜 일광 항구와 바로 아래 녹색의 산책공원까지, 정말 2박 3일간 눈이 호강하였습니다. 전철역 근처라 시끄러운까 걱정했는데, 소음은 거의 없었어요. 컬러풀한 자연 배경에 전철이 조용히 지나다니는 모습은 마치 아름다은 만화영화의 한 장면처럼 추억에 아로새겨졌답니다. 낮도 아름다왔고, 달뜨는 밤도 정말 멋진 풍경이었습니다. 항구로 내려가 횟감 사다가 초장집에서 요리해 먹을 수도 있고, 유명한 복집도 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 있어요. 숙박이 아주 마음에 들어 다음에도 또 이용하려고 합니다. "

"I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel . Rooms are very big with all amenities provided . I forgot her name but the trainee at the front desk was super helpful and polite . She gave 10/10 service . Highly recommend "

"It is in good location, easy access to a lot of places. Friendly and professional staff. We had to eat at the main restaurant because time crunch. We were very impressed how good Korean dishs were. None Korean dishs were not. The building is showing age. It is aging side of city. Very good value. "
