"Very nice hotel, It’s 10 minutes drive from Ubud centre. But once you are at the hotel they provide a free shuttle service to Ubud. The bar is too far from the front. It would be best if the bar were near the pool and a bit of entertainment in the night would be nice. Putu the receptionist was extremely friendly & helpful and sorted all of our enquiries efficientlly"

From airport pick up and bali tours by Mr. Nyoman to welcoming reception and daily service provided by Sri, Ngyrah,Siwi, Ruspita and the team, our 6 day stay here was just perfect. The place is beautiful, and the attention to detail is always noticeable. Flowers placed around, cute details in the room and bathroom. Good shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast options are also very good, always served with fresh fruits....

"Lovely little hotel tucked away from the busy Ubud streets. The best thing about the hotel is their staff – super attentive and nothing is too much trouble. They really go above and beyond! The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was nice, but the dinner options were a bit bland. Airport transfer was smooth and easy and laundry service was great. "We stayed for just under a week. The area is convenient and we were able to walk all around Ubud including the monkey forest. We enjoyed both pools. Breakfast and afternoon tea was great! The staff were helpful, we booked a few tours through them seamlessly. The only downside is you can start to see the wear and tear, just don't look to close in the bathroom/shower corners and you'll be happy. "

"My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights. We loved the location - right in the heart of Ubud close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, but tucked down a long driveway for a quiet and relaxing space. We found the staff to be incredibly attentive and we were greeted by name every time we went past the reception desk. We will be back to stay again."

The dive shop associated with the hotel was mostly good, but often disorganized. Several times this was because guests showed up at the last minute with no dive reservation - it should have been made clear that the dive shop needed advance notice, although they handled these situations well.
