"This is a great hotel, I would highly recommend it for people who want to have access to Ubud and beyond, without being right in the middle of the intense traffic. After an airport pickup that took about 2.5 hours, we arrived to an oasis of calm. The staff was thoughtful and friendly. The restaurant serves a lot of the same food as restaurants in the area, so it was a great convenience for a later evening arrival. We also really appreciated the breakfast - there are several options, and we had the food delivered to our room each morning. The front desk workers also helped us arrange multiple massages while we were there, and we also did one of the tailored excursions using a local driver. I found it very convenient to charge all of that to our hotel room and pay once, as it required less cash and the service providers were all vetted and known to the staff. The pool is small but quite a nice amenity to have, and there are several seating areas both in the rooms and in common areas. There is a nearby convenience store, but few other restaurants or bars in the area, so be ready to use the shuttle to go to Ubud if you want to go out."

"I was in a wooden house, which was beautiful and a really nice size! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and overall this stay was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. They’re very accommodating and the wooden house patio overlooked the rice terraces which were beautiful!"

"Not a big of a deal but water leaked from the shower room into the toilet area. It would be helpful if there are more towels placed in the room. I requested to leave extra towels in the room for the second night, but they didn't. It worked out ok. All the hotel staffs are nice and friendly. They are very helpful. The hotel gave us such a warm hospitality. I would stay there again."

We had amazing hosts at the front desk and also at the restaurant! Our service was excellent, the food was good and our room view was breathtaking. I would 1000% recommend this resort for your stay!"

"I had a great stay, rooms were very clean, the building is old but very well maintained, staff are super nice and helpful. Location is excellent and everything is at walking distance. Only thing that was very annoying was the shower, the head is fixed and not adjustable meaning if you are a short person like me you will have difficulty washing your hair! Other than that it was a great stay, highly recommended."

"We got the room with pool. It was bigger than expected which was a pleasant surprise, and the room itself was spacious. The buffet breakfast was great quality with a variety of options. The highlight was the service provided by staff; everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very sad to leave this resort."

"Check in was at 2p.m and I arrived early.. like 2a.m because of the time change from America to Bali I wasn't expecting it to be such a different time change. Staff was still available and ready to assist me with check in and luggage. My villa was beautiful and the private pool was a great addition to celebrating my birthday with gorgeous flower decorations and a floating breakfast. Communication was a bit difficult because staff members had a hard time speaking English but we made things work.. I did notice that they would occasionally go into my villa without my consent to restock complimentary waters but I dont believe that was necessary unless I asked them to do so. Complimentary breakfast was also included every morning with my stay which was convenient. My pool worked fine the first couple days but after the decoration of the flowers, the filter stopped working which caused the pool to become cloudy and still water. Staff would also come into my private area when I wasn't there to fix it.. but again.. I dont think that was necessary unless I asked them to do so. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would just suggest that if you consider staying there, locking your belongings up while on outings. The girl at the front desk was so sweet and helped me arrange taxi at checkout which saved me $ and made check out smooth. Helped me with my bags and luggage. There were tiny ants crawling on bedding which were completely harmless but still cringe."

"Stayed here for part our honeymoon and we couldn’t have picked a more relaxing stay in Ubud! Close enough to all the attractions, yet secluded enough to be away from the traffic. Incredible staff, highly recommend the on-site restaurant for breakfast as well as nightly shows and entertainment. Will stay again!"
