The staff are a great credit to the hotel. We appreciated the effort from everyone to learn our names which made for a really personal experience. They checked in with us every day and we felt reassured by their enquiries about our plans, offers of help and advice on activities and the Ubud area. In particular, Soni, Komang and Dewa went above and beyond during our stay with their honest, personal interactions and were always approachable and knowledgeable.
The setting is unbelievably beautiful - difficult to truly capture in the photos! - with excellent facilities. We made use of the pool area, morning yoga, laundry service, and enjoyed excellent treatments in the spa. We were also very impressed with the food. The menu is wide-ranging and high quality. The focus of the hotel around being all-vegetarian, sustainable, authentic and local really resonated with our own values.
