Traffic is noisy underneath so would not recommend to light sleepers unless they have ear plugs, but was not a bother to us. Staff was not friendly (except for the house keeper). "Severe sewage problem. We had no water for a period of 11-8am and then the water was running gross black water. The front desk staff acted like it was no problem. My niece came to have lunch with me and the front desk guy wanted 510. Pesos to let her in. I said how much are you going to pay me for the dirty water in the bathroom?. RUDE!! Check out that day. The staff needs to be considerate of guests.!!"
