"I usually do not write bad reviews. We arrived at 3 pm, the owner was clearly bothered by our presence. He wanted to retain our Ids until the next day—a no go. The room had a temperature of 35 degrees and the a/c did not work. Our complaint was answered tha a/c only is available between 6pm and 5am. The hotel is situated in what looks like a war zone. "What a wonderful place. The staff are so kind, the rooms sparkling clean, the shower wonderful, hot and good pressure. The location is perfect, an easy walk to the beach where umbrella and chairs are included. The beach is so great here, it is shallow a long way out, perfect for children or anyone who likes to wade and look at sea life and beautiful seashells. There is a beautiful sand bar to walk out to as well! The town of Rodi also just up the hill is so very pretty and charming, nice people...

"Cute boutique style hotel. Basic accommodations. Slow elevator but you really only need it if you have heavy luggage. Stairs are not bad at all. Things I wish I had known, Expedia’s description says free breakfast and AC neither of which is true. The “bar” had really good espressos but restaurant food was lacking a tad. Average stay. Overall met my needs for two nights"

"Very lovely setting. We had a hotel room with balcony overlooking the Adriatic which allowed us to sunbathe in private. Though built in the last 20 yrs., the smell of bathroom mold required our keeping a window open all night which was great for listening to the gentle lapping of the waves. Easy walk across to beach. Property was favored predominantly by Eastern Europeans. No decaf coffee available. A memorably awful croissant for breakfast. Gorgeous area of Italy but fine dining is not to be...
