"This property was fabulous!!! The area suited us perfectly for where we needed to be. A short drive to Pukekoe for shopping. The breakfast was generous with option to cook or have continental. We loved the quietness and the convenience to the motorway. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

"On a busy road. No soundproofing between rooms. Can hear ppl upstairs walking around, flushing the loo, talking, doors slamming. 2 guests - 2 towels and faceclothes replaced with only 1 towel and facecloth for our 2nd day"

"Hotel lacking in a number of areas. Advised that property maybe being used as emergency accommodation to help house homeless in area; a disclosure of this prior to booking may have assisted with decision to book hotel in first place. Owners not helpful and alternative accommodation booked last minute."
