"Our stay at this property was very pleasant. We had a room with a king bed and sofa bed, which was made up upon arrival. Daily breakfast was varied and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to travelers to Kuala Lumpur."

"The room (especially bathroom) is extremely dirty. The exhaust vent is filled with dust. Faulty air-conditioning system, generating extremely loud noise. Have to go to Lobby and request a room change . The TV of the replacement room (Room 701) turns out to be half broken. 6 out of 10 electrical switches do NOT work. If there is a dirtiest award for hotel, Grand Barakah Hotel at Ampang would receive unanimous vote. "

"Stayed in the queen bed no windows room. The AC was cold, water hot and it was very clean. The location by KL sentral station is excellent and the price was really low so I was very satisfied. "

"Good points that location is right beside Mid Valley. The room was reasonably sized for two person. The pillow is comfy. The downsides are that the aircon is not cold enough so there is a ceiling fan to supplement the temperature regulation. The shower room in the toilet has glass partitions, there only one drain there. The slot for the water to flow however is located at the front which causes flooding to the cubicle area whenever I shower. The shower head is also worn down with having clogged...

"Fantastic service clean and friendly staff "

"Clean and beautiful room, cozy pool, amazing staff. Everything was so nice I could stay whole day in the hotel. It would have been nicer if the restaurant was open but the food court of TRX mall is nearby so not a big deal. Not hotel’s issue, but the roads around the hotel is a little tricky/unfriendly for pedestrians."

"Having stayed there 5 years ago marked drop in standards. Had to change room due to leaking aircon. No toaster supplied all rooms why? Lifts very slow but our second room on 33rd floor great views and much better standard. Great location and desk staff excellent. Would stay there again."

"Bespoke is great value if your looking to stay in Puchong. It’s a good hour from KLCC. If you have a bit higher budget the Sheraton is one kilometer away. "

"Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally...
