"There was a small issue with the twin beds. We were given a room where the twins bed were connected side by side to each other. We were able to exchange the room right away and get a twin room where the beds were completely separated from each other. The bathroom was small, but very clean with excellent water pressure. There is no padding under the carpet. The reception closes early, not a 24 hour facility but it was not an issue for us. Breakfast was not included but was very reasonably...

"This hotel was in a great location. Close to the lake and boat service. Also within walking distance to a grocery store. The food (dinner) was AMAZING. Highly recommend making dinner reservations there. Breakfast was a typical german breakfast which also was good. The staff was nice and the hotel was well run. "This was our first time staying at a kinderhotel and this place didn’t disappoint. There were endless activities to keep the kids happy and childcare available for all ages from 9am -9pm. Everything was so well thought through from the design of the rooms which had a built in bedroom for the kids and the sink heights - one for grown ups and one for kids.
