"Would stay at Vaya resort again! The property is stunning and the staff is exceptional. Claudia at the Tiroler Hütte was very nice and the massage therapist Carla was also exceptional. Front desk personnel was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast spread was amazing and the numerous restaurants nearby was definitely a bonus! "

"Our room was very clean and remodeled well. We were only staying one night so we booked the cheapest king bed room. This room #24 was an attic room which had no windows except for two skylight window on the ceiling. Didn’t have screens and it rained that evening, so we closed them. That made the room very hot and stuffy. Other rooms had balconies and I’m sure were very nice. Also, they didn’t have small towels for the shower. Breakfast was from 8-10. The front desk staff and waiters were all extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was extremely comfortable and well appointed. "The friendliness of the staff is so and so. We have a wonderful experience with the breakfast service and a mediocre with the evening service. The hotel is located in a very nice area. Unfortunately the access to the lake is not the best. But this hotel is the perfect spot to start some day trips. One can clearly see that this hotel is not state of the art anymore.
