Beautiful and quiet. Close to Staffelsee and Murnau town by car. Really enjoy the resort especially the breakfast and pools. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Great place to relax, will definitely stay again, good value for the money.

Die 5 Sterne sind absolut nicht gerechtfertigt im vergleich zu anderen 5 Sterne Häusern. Das Frühstück ist gerade mal 3 Sterne würdig. Es würde zu weit führen, hier die Mängel im Vergleich aufzulisten. Was allerdings neben dem kleinen Außenpool, veralteter Innenausstattung, Flure, keine Blumen etc. am gravierenden ist, ist das 5 Sterne nicht würdige, ungeschulte Personal. Keine Freundlichkeit, wenn man nicht zu erst grüßt, sagt keiner einem die "Tageszeit", beim Frühstück den Platz zuweisen und nach Cafe fragen ende. Das gesamte Frühstück taucht keiner mehr auf und fragt nach, man muss ihnen hinterherlaufen um dann z.B. noch einen Cafe oder Eier zu bestellen. Der junge Kellner bei Abendessen, mit extrem lauter Stimmer, Wortwahl übergriffig, ungeschult was Öffne von Weinflaschen, Eingießen oder gar Teller servieren angeht. Im 3 Sterne Hotel, hätte der normal schon keine Probezeit überstanden. Junge Kollegin bringt Käseteller zum Tisch und er lässt die Kollegin die Käsesorten den Gästen aufzählen, was sie offensichtlich schon bei der 2. Sorte nicht wusste. Ein extrem unkollegiales Vorführen und Peinlichkeit am Tisch folgte dann, indem er 4 Käsesorten "besser" wusste. Sorry, aber hier empfehle ich dem Management mal Eigenkritik und wirklich den persönlichen Besuch z.B. in einem Haus in Röhrnbach.

Absolut traumhafte Anlage direkt am Murnauer Moos mit super schönen Alpenblick. Top Service. So freundlich ist man in Deutschland gar nicht mehr gewohnt. Man fühlt sich richtig wohl. Super Frühstück. Der Pool und Whirlpool draußen sehr schön. Der Garten ein Traum :-) Komme sehr gerne wieder!

The photos don't do this place justice. Excellent buffet breakfast, cozy lawns to relax, the spa pools and sauna and facilities are among the best I've experienced. 5 min drive into Murnau. Friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant for dinner has nice ambiance but few authentic Bavarian options. Had great dinner in town. Great walking trails in the Moos and Biergarden about 10 minutes away. Friendly bar service, nice location, beautiful views. We bought a 6-bottle case of the excellent sparkling wine to give as gifts. Interesting history of the Blue Rider group in Murnau. Check out the Franz Marc museum in Kochelsee a 20 minute drive away. Will definitely stay here again.

Wir waren zur Coronazeit 10 Tage im Sommer dort. Es wurde sehr genau auf das Einhalten der Regeln geachtet. Es war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Frühstück reichlich und ausgezeichnet. Das Wasser in den beiden Pools wohl temperiert. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Komfortables und sauberes, mittelgrosses Hotel mit gutem Service. Die Standard-Zimmer sind sehr klein, ab Junior-Suite ist es angenehm. Das Personal macht das beste aus der aktuellen Situation (Covid-19). Leichte Abzüge bei der Frühstücksleistung (vielleicht ebenfalls virenbedingt) und beim Parkplatzangebot (begrenzt). Das Essen im Hotel ist ansonsten ausgezeichnet.
