"Property should consider at least an english channel for non-japanese speaking guests or maybe Youtube app like the one at Daiwa Roynet Yamagata. TV is not smart TV so we can't mirror cast and we have to end up using ipad to watch our shows."

"The hotel was a bit far from the station about 10-15 min walk with luggage. The triple room was quite large with lots of space for 3 people. And the best thing was breakfast, very delicious with many choices of food from the local product."

"Great carbonated hot spring in the basement, open through the night on weekdays. We loved the free nighttime ramen service and the inn's close proximity to the JR Koriyama Shinkansen Station (access is via a covered walkway from the station, very handy for rainy or snowy conditions). They were unfortunately very strict about the check-out time of 10 AM and wanted to charge us 1,000 yen per person per hour for late check-out."

"the hotel is on the east side of train station, quiet area compare to west side, but easy access to shops and restaurants just across train station, free parking on site, complimentary breakfast, not alot of choices but good enough to start a day."

"This is a very nice hotel! Pay for the breakfast, it's a buffet and it's really good. It changes every day too. Be advised not much English is spoken this far out, so brush up on you Japanese. My wife's first year of college Japanese and the lady at the check in counter's slight English bridged the gap fine, but be aware to other English speaking travelers."
