"The hotel was so convenient, with it being right next to the airport monorail. We had breakfast in the morning and it was delicious!"

"The room was big but had a typical smell. Water also had some smell in it. There was constant noise coming from jacuzzi at night after every 10 mins. Breakfast menu was same for 2 days and mostly everything contained egg. Difficult for vegetarians like us to get a good breakfast. Definitely needs some improvement on food and rooms. Staff was good. "The hotel was falling apart and very dirty. The pool area had green milder puddles and you could see the dirt on the carpets even in the hallways. The bathrooms were falling apart. The vents hanging off the ceiling. Gunk in the wall. The staff were beyond lovely and friendly. But over all, it was an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. "

"Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and the amenities were great. My only complaint was the pool was cold. Wish it was a heated pool. Also, about 35 minutes from downtown Toronto maybe longer depending on traffic. However, we got a great deal, so I’m ok with that. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again!"
