Room was very large, clean and new. Had everything we needed for our stay with family. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was a great. The only issue I had was that the pool was very cold, my grandkids could only stay in for a short period as they were freezing.

Great hotel for families! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a useful kitchenette. Breakfast was good and the location was convenient for getting around Mississauga, Toronto, and Niagara. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Check in wasn’t great it was disorganized and things weren’t working and staff didn’t seem like they had no idea what to do Beds were comfortable rooms were clean and showers had lots of hot water. The furnace system was very load and made funny smells

My only complaint is the heating system is not well designed and noisy. The vent in the bedroom is directed to blow air directly at the top part of bed, which was very uncomfortable, and blew cold air. Only solution was to turn off system at night. Staff were very accommodating. Location of building is in a business office area with little traffic during evening.
