The place was nice and clean, although the room was a bit outdated. It was spacious and very clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, but unfortunately, there were no fresh vegetables at all, which I personally missed. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay, with friendly and welcoming staff.

Keyra the manager on duty was exceptional in her service and commitment to making our stay amazing. She went above and beyond to help me after our flight was cancelled and we arrived a day later. Staff like Keyra are hard to find and deserve recognition for her great customer service.

We had a great stay! Every staff member we met was very kind, courteous and helpful. The room was great, beds were comfy and kitchenette was nice to have. The pool was clean and my kids loved that they had pool noodles available. Breakfast was great. The location was good, quieter than staying downtown Toronto. We rented a car, but drove 20 minutes to Kipling Station for access to the subway—able to get to downtown Toronto easily. Overall great stay and would go back!
