"Nice area. It was right by the Cala esmeralda beach and close to restaurants. Our room was clean and had a sliver side view of the water. The breakfast was good. They had typical items such as salad, bread, eggs, yogurt and one day they had smoked salmon and another day they had Belgium waffles. I didn’t like that the juices were from a machine. Facilities were great and staff really helpful and friendly. 10 min walk to the closest beach being the time of year the area was quite quiet which we had planned for, plenty to do in the local area and further afield. Would highly recommend and would happily return. We could imagine it would be very busy in the summer months though! "

"The hotel is lovely, v.clean, rooms adequate for a 3*. There are 4 pool areas, always found sunbeds and chairs to sit on. Splash pool is great, our toddlers loved it. Kids Club looked fab 10-2 (age 4 upwards) they did lots of activities & staff energetic. All Slushies/soft & fruit juice drinks/tea coffee/ice creams all help yourself throughout the day. "Kids party here and then come back to their rooms at 5am. Walls are super thin so you can hear them puking. We stayed one night paid for 4 days they wouldn’t refund me for the nights we didn’t stay. Super disappointed. If you want to party all day all night stay here if you want to see beautiful areas of the city do not stay here. "

"They had storage for baggage while we waited to check-in, it was great ! The only issue we ran into was the closure right before our check in that made the 24/7(excludes holiday) not as convenient for early check in. The staff called a taxi to be scheduled the night before our check-out upon request it was perfect. But overall super friendly staff and they had a nice pool!"

"Pretty average hotel, No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in room. Beds very comfortable on the plus side and rooms cleaned daily. Hotel extremely noisy at night 3 - 4.30am every morning drunken groups shouting and singing loudly. Then refuse lorries emptying bins every morning around 7am. So not much sleep. Meals very basic and repetitive not much to variety. Hotel staff however very friendly. "
