"Our room was not cleaned prior to check in.. there were crumbs all over the carpet and couch. If the carpet wasn’t cleaned then what else wasn’t cleaned? When we went to the front desk they offered to clean our room or switch our room. We switched rooms which was cleaner but definitely not well maintained. The paint was sloppy and our new room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I would not stay here again."

"The bathroom in our room was not very clean - broken towel rack, no conditioner, mold on the floor. The hotel stairs were not vacuumed the whole weekend. The breakfast was not fresh or restocked when things were gone. Not allowed to take any food to your room or they would charge you $250 to clean. The staff was never very available - the housekeepers had little kids with them and the front desk people were in the back on phones or outside smoking. The vending machine contained expired cans of soda. The trash cans in the lobby and outside were over flowing. I would not recommend staying here. "

"The room was clean and the property was well-maintained. However, the hot tub was not hot, which was a bummer after a long drive. Otherwise, it was a great stay."

"We had a snaffoo in scheduling and the staff was so kind to help us out. Jennifer and Luna we bright spots as we came in. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than expected. Very good. Thank you for taking such good care of us."
