"I chose this hotel based on many recommendations and we were not disappointed. When we arrived, the receptionist could not see our reservation for some reason but after providing her with our reservation print-out, they straightened everything out and gave us a great room to stay in. The service of all of the employees was outstanding, a lot of smiles, offers to assist and overall great attitude. We were able to park for free right in front of the hotel. The hotel common areas and rooms are in good condition, and the staff is very helpful. Parking can be an issue if you are there during a busy time. The buffet breakfast had multiple hot and cold items for a nice start to the day. I had a river view room, which provided a lovely view. "
