"We were very grateful for the cleanliness of the room! We had a room with a private bathroom, and both the sleeping area and the bathroom was very clean. Futon beds were comfortable and warm. "The staff were AMAZING and helped me with several issues of my own cause. The heater in the room worked well. The bed mattress was uncomfortable but sleeping on the duvet always helpful. The tubs were deep and water hot.. happy with my stay "

"This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The conditions were so bad that I landed up leaving a day early. I had to take someone to the hospital due to the dirtiness. I did not get refunded and I was actually charged more than what was expected. The location was great and the staff was great but they were unforgiving when it came to providing a refund or understanding the situation. Do not recommend this place unless you don't mind old worn down overcharged definitely not a two-star hotel resorts. One note you will have to pay for everything even if it says all exclusive."
